Just like all other organs that have to be transplanted, hair grafts also need to be cooled right after having been taken out of the human body. In order to realize this, we utilize a special cooling system based on the Peltier technique (= creation of a heat difference from an electric voltage). This technique is much more superior than using ice bags, for it allows us to set and determine the exact cooling temperature.

Electric supply in Hamburg has always been safe. In the improbable case of power failure, we have our own generator. This ensures us the continuous availability of light and guarantees an optimal temperature range for our grafts that are still to be transplanted.
